A fenced off area containing two structures. The most accessible building is right near the front gate, making the detective agency inside the simple two-story building convenient for anyone to visit. The next is the strangest structure, a large manor shaped like a ship img1, img2, img3). In fact, it looks like it really is just a real ship, though on the inside it's a regular big fancy manor.

The area is owned by Fabian Seacaster (maximumlegend) and Riz Gukgak (stresstokens).

Buildings also connected to the Bad Kids have been included.
